【摘要】在卷烟上部添加过滤嘴,以此来达到减少吸烟时入口的烟雾、焦油和燃烧时产生的悬浮粒子数量。打孔作为卷烟生产环节的重要一环,直接关乎吸烟者的感官品质。本文概述了卷烟滤嘴的基本特点,分析了四种不同打孔方式的对比效果,探究了卷烟通风率的影响因素,为卷烟过滤嘴的打孔方式选择提供可行性建议。

Effects of Punching Methods on Sensory Quality and Ventilation Rate of Cigarette Filter

Abstract:A filter is added to the upper part of the cigarette to reduce the amount of smoke,tar and suspended particles produced during combustion. As an important part of cigarette production,punching is directly related to the sensory quality of smokers. This paper summarizes the basic characteristics of cigarette filter,analyzes the comparative effects of four different punching methods,explores the influencing factors of cigarette ventilation rate,and provides feasible suggestions for the selection of punching methods of cigarette filter.

卷烟烟雾中含有4000~5000种微粒(主要是焦油),都是烟草不完全燃烧的产物,还包含挥发性的烟草燃烧物质,如乙醛以及其他低分子重量成分。(剩余3352字)
