Abstract：This paper mainly makes an in-depth analysis of the current situation of the quality inspection staff before and after the adjustment of the raw fuel inspection management mode of the quality department，explores the root causes of the problems，and implements targeted countermeasures to ensure the unity and stability of the staff talent team.
