铜陵西湖湿地公园服务质量提升路径研究

【摘要】以铜陵市西湖湿地公园为研究对象，引入服务质量差距模型对西湖湿地公园服务供给现状进行分析与评价，发现存在的差距，提出弥补、缩小差距的路径，最大程度发挥西湖湿地公园良好的生态和社会服务功能。

Study on the Improvement Path of Service Quality of West Lake Wetland Park in Tongling

Abstract：Taking Tongling West Lake Wetland Park as the research object，this paper introduces the service quality gap model，analyzes and evaluates the current situation of service supply of West Lake Wetland Park，finds the existing gap，and puts forward the path to make up and narrow the gap，so as to give full play to the good ecological and social service function of West Lake Wetland Park to the greatest extent.
