餐饮油烟排放标准综述及检测技术探讨

【摘要】本文以餐饮业油烟排放标准的制定情况和主要污染物的检测技术为主线,比对了国家和地方发布的现行餐饮油烟排放标准中污染物种类和污染物限值,并分析了餐饮油烟的主要检测方法。

Abstract:Based on the formulation of oil fume emission standards for catering industry and the detection technology of main pollutants,this paper compares the types and limits of pollutants in the current catering oil fume emission standards issued by the state and local governments,and analyzes the main detection methods of catering oil fume.
