EPC工程总承包模式的困境及EPC+M创新模式的运用

【摘要】EPC模式引入中国市场后,发挥了固有的协同、高效等特点的同时也存在水土不服,不能满足中国建筑市场自身特点的问题。本文论述了传统EPC模式在中国建筑市场实际运用的困境,以政府平台某管委会为例,分析传统EPC在工程管理、成本控制等方面的缺陷,推出EPC+M这一中国特有的复合式工程管理新模式。

The Dilemma of EPC Project General Contracting Mode and the Application of EPC+M Innovation Mode

Abstract:After the introduction of EPC mode into the Chinese market,it has played its inherent characteristics of synergy and efficiency. At the same time,it is also acclimatized and can not meet the requirements of the characteristics of the Chinese construction market. This paper discusses the difficulties of the practical application of the traditional EPC model in China's construction market. Taking a management committee of the government platform as an example,this paper analyzes the defects of the traditional EPC in project management and cost control,and introduces EPC+M,a new compound project management model unique to China.

工程建设项目从资金投入规模大小、建设周期的长短、项目建设影响的范围等多种角度考虑,都会涉及融资方式、产权归属、权益分配、工程资源组织、工程建设管理等不同阶段,以及多维度的组织管理形式的选择,其中具有代表性的有PPP(建设转让总承包)、DBB(平行发包)、DB(设计施工总承包)、EPC(工程总承包)。(剩余3985字)
