鲜活农产品供应链协调问题研究

摘 要：鲜活农产品供应链管理是实现我国农业现代化、产业化的有效途径。以鲜活农产品供应链为研究对象，对鲜活农产品供应链失调所产生的后果进行阐述。通过对现阶段我国鲜活农产品供应链管理失调的主要原因进行分析，提出促进我国鲜活农产品供应链协调的可行性建议。

Study on supply chain coordination of fresh agricultural products

ABSTRACT： fresh agricultural products supply chain management is an effective way to realize agricultural modernization and industrialization in China. Taking the fresh agricultural products supply chain as the research object， this paper expounds the consequences of the fresh agricultural products supply chain maladjustment. Based on the analysis of the main reasons for the maladjustment of the supply chain management of fresh agricultural products in China at present， this paper puts forward some feasible suggestions for promoting the coordination of the supply chain of fresh agricultural products in China.

现阶段农业及其相关产业的竞争，更多的已不止只是某个生产组织、运营环节、具体产品之间的竞争，而是整个产业链条及其运作体系的竞争，供应链管理提供了在这种形势下的有效竞争思路。（剩余3756字）
