【Abstract】 ∵ Aiming at the resource utilization issue of waste slurry produced in bored pile engineering,it is proposed to usecarbide slag-limecompositesolidification technology tomodifyitinto roadbed fillr material,and its strength development lawand micro-mechanismare systematically studiedby combining laboratory test with field verification.Laboratory test results show that when using carbide slag alone,a 10% addition achieves the optimal early strength and long-term strength,whileexcessve carbide slag leads to strength reduction due to adilution effct.The introductionoflime asan activator forms an eficient physical-chemical synergistic solidification system;adding lime to a 10% carbide slag base significantly increases the 7d strength.Microscopic analysis confirmsthatthehighlyalkaline environment provided bylime effctivelyactivates thepozzolanic activity of carbide slag,promoting the formationof hydratedcalcium silicate(C-S-H)gel,achieving a qualitativetransformation fromphysical filing tochemical bonding.Field verification shows that the90d strengthof the solidified slurry meets the specifications for road sub-base layers.
