(China Railway Construction Bridge Engineering Bureau Group Co.,Ltd.,Tianjin 3Ooooo,China 【Abstract】:Aimingatthehydrationheatisueofmassconcreteofcross-seabridges,thepaperestablishesthefiniteelement simulation model of special-shaped cap was by midas FEA NX software based on the special-shaped cap of mass concrete ofa highway-railway cross-sea bridge.The temperature stressfield of mass concrete after pouring is obtained by hydration heatanalysis.The model was verified by field measured data.Subsequently,the key parameters(ambient temperature,concrete molding temperature,number of cold water pipe arrangement layers )were expanded and simulated,and the parameter sensitivity and temperature field development law were summarized.The results show that the simulation model can accurately simulate the hydration heat process of the special-shaped cap.The concrete mold temperature and the number of cold water pipe arrangement layers have a significant efecton the internal temperature field,while theambient temperature mainlyaffcts the surface temperature of the concrete.The concrete mold temperature should be strictly controlled during the construction process,and the pipe cooling system should be designed according to the cooling limit of the cooling pipe.
