HE Jun1,ZHANG Guoliang², YU Hailong³, DONG Yingjie² SUN Liqiang4, LANG Ruiqing5 TianjinJingangonstructioCo,td,ianj3O4China;2.anjinunicipalEngineeringesignandResearchIteCo Ltd.,Tianjin300392,China;3TanjinPort(Group)Co.,Ltd.,ianjn300450,China;4.ScholofArchitectureandEnginring, TianjinUniversity,njn72,Cina;5.SholofCivilEnginering,TianjinChengjianUniversityTianjin3O38,na) 【Abstract】:Inorderto investigatethefluidityandstrengthofflowablesolidifiedsludge holdssubstantial practical significance,this study selected typicalflowable solidified sludge from Tianjin as the research object.By conducting fluidity tests and strength tests,the efects of key parameters,including binder content and water content,on thefluidity and strength offresh solidified sludge weresystematicall investigated.Corresponding predictive models for fluidity and calculation methods for strength were established.The results indicate that:binder significantlyreduces thefluidityof freshsolidified sludge,and this effect isprimarilyconcentrated within the range of binder content below 10% .Initial water content exhibitsapositive correlationwith the fluidity offresh solidified sludge;however,when the watercontent exceeds acritical threshold,the rateof increase in fluidity markedly slows down. Based on the experimental data,a power function relationship model was established linking the fluidity and strength of fresh solidified sludge to the liquid limit and water content.
