AbstractTecultivatedlandfertliysubsidypolicostitutesakeypartofCa’sagculturalsupportadprotetionsstIsinte gratedfromtheorigial“tresubsidiessince215andfullymplementediO16.Itsorelisinguidingfarerstoprotectculivatedland andpromotetegrentrasforationofagilturehiciscrucialmeasuretoesurefodsecurityandpromotetesustaiabledevelop mentofagriculure.ThisstudyfocusesonShandongProvinceandconstructsanevaluationsystemincludingtheecierionlayers（policycontent，mplementationectndxecutioaus）ndtwelveidicatolrs.Thealytcerarcypross（A）isusedtoeeiete weightofachidicatorandefuzzompreensiveevaluationethodisombiedfoompreensiveevaluatioTeplicyectiess andexecutionstatusaredeeplyaalyzdhesudyrevealstatteoverallqualitysoreofthepolicyis3.6O82，positioedatte“eneral" level.Intermsofoliesig，eutiondfct，erearesomeproblems，cudingthatthesubsidyanddiltofulloder gionaldiffestlcoesifpspssutefortea specificoptiatiosgestiosfrotespisftigolicsi，aingetioyndacga effectimprovement，imingtoimprovetepolicysystemandpromotethehigqualitydevelopmentofagricultureinSandongProvince.
