AbstractObjectie]Amethodwasestablishedforthedeterminationof8pyrethoidpesticideresiduesinwildediblefungibyQuChERS methodcombinedwithgaschromatogaphy-tandemmassspectrometry(GC-MS/MS).Metod]Tesampleswereextractedbyacetotrileso lution,salted out and stratified by salting out ladle,then redissolved with 2mL ethyl acetate after the supernatant was concentrated by rotary evaporation ,purified by 150mg anhydrous magnesium sulfate, 100mg primary secondary amine(PSA) and 7.5mg graphitized carbon black (GCB),andthendetectedbyGC-/,ndquantifdbyxtealstadardmetod[Result]Thsultssowedthathe8pyedpsticides had good linear relationship in the range of 0.006 to .The limits of detection were from 0.002 to 0.003mg/kg , and the limits of quantification were from O.007 to 0.010mg/kg.I n three spiked concentrationlevels(O.024,O.120 and 0.600mg/kg ),theaverage recoveries were at 66.05%-108.19% and the relative standard deviations (RSD) were at 2.43%-12.23% .[Conclusion] The method has theadvantagesofalloutfacnt,ipeadiidsiiiydisablted analysis of 8 pyrethroid pesticide residues in wild edible fungi.
