Abstract[Objective]To compare the characteristics of TCP gene family members between G . hirsutum and G .barbadense.[Method]Bioinformatics methods were used to identify the TCP gene family of G hirsutum and G . barbadense in the whole genome,and to compare and analyze theirphysicoccalprotis,hosoelolzatiosysteaticvolutiondiseexpresioResult」9ndge dentified in G . hirsutumandG.barbadense,respectively,with31and34 pairsof homologous genes distributedon22and21chromosomes,respectively,all of which were hydrophilic proteins.59 pairs of homologous genes were identified between G.hirsutum and G . barbadense. The systematicevolutionaryrelationshipshowedthatitwasdividedintothreesubfamilies:CIN,CYC/TB1andPCF.TCPgenefamilyembersf the same subfamily in G .hirsutum and G . barbadense had similar gene structures.Gene tissue-specific expresson analysis revealed that the gene Ghir_D13G006190 was expressed in all tissues of G .hirsutum,while the homologous gene Gbar_D13Goo6O10 was not expressed in any tissue of G .barbadense,andbelongedtothePCFclassintheevolutionarytree.Ghir_A09Go090Owasonlyhighlyexpressedinpetalsof G .hirsutum,while the homologous gene had the highest expression levels in petals,anthers and styles of G . barbadense,and belongs to the CIN class in the evolutionary tree.Ghir_A12GO2376O was most highly expressed in leaves of G . hirsutum,while the homologous geneGbar_AGo88smosthighlyexpressedinstesofGbrbdese,ndothelongtoeFlassineevolutioarytr.is acting element analysis showed that the promoters of the TCP gene family of G . hirsutum and G . barbadense contain many regulatory elements relatedtoplantligpoeiologicalrsoseesosendsrsspse.oclusioisudrodsot theoretical basis for further exploring the functional diferences of TCP transcription factors between G . hirsutum and G . barbadense.
