AbstractToivestigatethfectsofeatandaizerotatioontesilicrobialcomunityintbacocoiuousoppingfldsadevaluatethenatualremediationcapacityofdiferetootatiosstms,tissudyfousdosoilfotbacultivatedfAferoe yearoftobaccoultivationtheeplotsreplantedwithtobaco,wheatandmaizeuderidentcalconditios.Mcrbialocsombidit bioinformaticsalysisreplodtoomparetheimpactsofeat/aotatioversustbacomoocopingonsoilmicobalcoositionandcommunitydamics.Teresultsevaledthathatandaeotatiossignificantlyaleredontiuouscopingsolmicobalo munities,withstictderesincobalopulatiocturesdepedingtatiopecfallheotatioup hibitedthehighestnumberofuniqufungal(58)andbacterial(2)operatioaltaxonomicunits(OTs)Atthgenuslvel,dominantc bialcommunitisosstraetssadilapositiosutteirelatiedancsridIbacooooinglsa dominated as the primary fungal genus (20.14%) ,whereas wheat and maize rotations shifted the dominant fungi to Humicola( 18.22% , 14.92% ),respectivelylpadersityaalysisindicatedtatmaerotatiosigficantlyicreasdfungalandbacterialchess,ileat rotationreducedfungalrhssbuteanedacterial.Bothoatiosstessigiicalecrasedungalandacterialoity diversity.Betadivesityaalysisfurtrdemostratedtateatadmaizerotatiosarkdlyestructuedfungalandacterialomityo positions.Overallotheatndaetatiosimprovdsilobalioentsbacofels,withieotatioigoe pronounced efficacy in reshaping microbial community structures.
