海警舰艇维修保障模式研究

摘  要：文章结合国内外海军舰艇维修保障情况，从海警舰艇维修保障模式的组织结构、维修保障技术和舰艇装备维修保障人才培养等方面分析了海警部队舰艇装备维修保障模式存在的问题，进而提出相应的优化对策建议。

Abstract： Combined with the situation of naval vessel maintenance support both at home and abroad， this paper analyzes the problems existing in the maintenance support mode of China marine guard vessel from the organizational structure， maintenance support technology and training of talents and so on. Then puts forward some suggestions.
