Abstract：Againstthebackdropofthedeepeningruralrevitalizationstrategy，the integrationof theteaand tourism industries has become a significant pathway for driving rural economic development.Taking Huangshan City as a case study，this paperdiscussedtheoptimizationpathofthe integrateddevelopmentof its tea tourism industry.Endowed with top-tier resources such as famous mountains and renowned teas，Huangshan possesses asolid foundation for tea-tourism integration.However，ittillfcedpracticalchallengesincluding insuficentidustrialchaincollborationandfragmented brand marketing.Through asystematic review ofthe current development status and an in-depth SWOT analysis，this study constructeda four-dimensional strategic matrix.It proposed that Huangshan should developcore flagship projects and promote integrated brand marketing，deepen industrialconvergence and digital transformation，strengthen talent developmentand standard seting，implement differentiatedcompetitionandadhere to green，sustainable development， consolidate resources to nurture leading enterprises，and improve infrastructure construction.The research aimed to providetheoreticaland practical guidanceforHuangshan's tea-tourism integration，andalsoprovideinsights forother resource-rich regions to promote industrial integration and achieve rural revitalization.
