Abstract： Inresponse to thedevelopment trendofdigital textbooks inhighereducation in thenew era，this paper took the knowledge graph-based digital textbook Chinese Tea CultureandTea Healthasacasestudytosystematicalyexplore the core characteristics and development pathwaysof third generation digital textbooks integrated with large scale AI model technology.This textbook consolidated an abundance of online course resources and a three dimensional knowledge graphsystem.Italsoincorporated intelligentAIassisted learing modules and ideological political education elements.This established anew paradigm for general education in tea studies that deply integrated theoryand practice. Overall，the introductionofknowledge graph technology significantlyenhanced thesystematic，interactive，andpersonalized dimensionsof tearelated knowledgedissemination，efectivelypropellng the intelligent transformationof general education in tea studies，and providing valuable insights for the development ofnew formattextbooks in other specialized disciplines.
