Abstract:This study focusedonneonicotinoid pesticides commonlydetected inteaanddevelopedarapid multi-residues stripforsimultaneouslyanalyzingseveninsecticides:imidacloprid,imidaclothiz,acetamiprid,thamethoxam,taclopid, clothianidin,anddinotefuran.Basedonthe principleoflateralflowimmunoassay(LFIA),theoptimizedantigen-antibody reaction system enabled rapid screening of these seven neonicotinoid pesticides in tea samples within 15 minutes.The results demonstrate that the multi-residue strip met the requirements of domestic and international maximum residue limits(MRLs) for tea,with anaccuracy rate of 93.3% ,afalse positive ratebelow 7.4% ,and a falsenegative rate of zero. Compared to conventional liquid chromatography-massspectrometry (LC-MS/MS)methods,te advantages of this test strip include simplified operation,lowercost,and faster testing.Itis suitable forrapidon-site screening uring tea production,processing and distribution,andhas been widelyadopted in Chinese teaindustry,providinganficient technical means for supervising the quality and safety of tea.
