Abstract：Fujanisamajor tea-producingregion inChinaandthebirthplaceofoolong，black，whiteand jasmine teas. During the14thFive-YearPlanperiod，Fujian’s teaindustryhasachievedsteadyandhealthydevelopment through the innovative utilization of germplasmresources，theconstructionof green ecological tea gardens，standardization gudance， digital empowerment，culturalenrichment，thedeepintegrationof teaand tourism，theextensionofthe industrialvalue chain，thecontinuous expansionofthe market forFujian tea，and the depening ofexchanges andcooperation between FujianandTaiwan.During the15thFive-Year Planperiod，Fujianprovince willadere tothedevelopmentstrategyof 'one stability，two promotions，three enhancements'，and continuously strengthening the industry by optimizing the industrial developmentlayout，accelerating the transformationand upgradingof tea gardens，promoting the iterative upgrading of tea machinery，strengthening new quality technological support，expanding the marketfor tea derivatives， promoting the integrated development of tea and tourism，enhancing the influence of Fujian tea in the market， strengthening the tea-related talent team，and strengthening industrial policy guarantees.This would promote the transformation and upgrading and high-quality development of Fujian's tea industry.
