Fault feature extraction method for flexible thin-walled elliptical bearings integrating correlated Gini index and optimized Morlet wavelet

Abstract:Flexiblethin-walledelipticalbearingseibitnotabledisparitiesiniematicatributesandfaultcharacteristicfruci comparedtoconventionalrolingbearings.ThispaperproposesemployingtheMorletwaveletwithahybridaquilaoptimizerandafrican vulturesoptimizationforextractingteirfaultfeaturesWhileMorletwavelettransformcancapturethetime-frequencycharacteristicsof signals,theacuracyofitsoutcosgreatlydependsoechsenparaetersofMorletwaveletTotackletisssue,ispaprostrcts anobjectivefunctionfootiingMorletwaveetparametersbyintegatigoceptsofeergyconcetrationandrecostructioacy Meanwhile,ahybridaquilaoptimizerandAfricanvulturesoptimizationisemploedtooptimizethewaveletparameters.Inaditio,afault featureextractiometdbsedoeoelatedGidexisprestedimigtoetctfreqeceevanttofaultsdcotrct time-domainsequensoffultfaturesTeexpeientresultsindicatethatorletwaveletisabltdesribeaoeacuratelytiing featuresofvibrationsignalswiththeproposedparameterptimizationmethod.Aditionaly,theextractionandreconstructionmethod designedithisppersucefullyseparatestefaultfeatureipusesfoeoalperodicipusesandvaliatestetivagnatue offaultcharacteristic frequencies,providinganapproach forfault diagnosis offlexible thin-walledelliptical bearings.
