Abstract:Tisstudyvestigatesthdyamicesposeofovelofsoretrasportationeginegsucture,thedisetepoofloatig bridge,under waveactions.Theinteractionbetweenthe waveand pontonissimulatedusingcomputationalfluiddynamics (CFD)method, whiletheupperstructureofthfloatigbridgeismodeledusingfiniteelementanalysis (FA)metod.Anumericalmodelisestablishedusing thecolaboratiesimulatioptfoofBAQUSandSta-Cestructalrspoeofsaleddseteptoonflatingbdgeodel underwaveactionsisanalyzedandcomparedwithexperimentalresults,whichvalidatetereliabilityofthemodelingandanalysis methodology.Atyicaldiscretepotoontrussfloatigidgeisselectedtocomparethiferecesetweetefiedodeladsipliid model,andthediferecesarefurtercomparedTheefectsofwaveperiods,mooingsystems,ndgeometricurvatureonthedyamic responseofthloatigdgearestuidTsultssotatepoos’ateramotioscanbtielyduedbdgteg systemandincreasingthemoringstfess,whichfurterlmitsthedisplacementoftefloatingbridgesuperstructureTepeaklateral displacementof thefloatingbridgestructureintallyincreasesandthndcreaseswiththewaveperiodTenaturalperiodofanoored floatingbridgeismuchlongertantatofmooedomaingitmoresuscptibletoeexcitedbylong-perdwaveactios.easingte curvatureradiusoftefloatingbdgeelstoeducetheoveralldyamicresponseTepeakvaluesofdynaicresposesincuedfloating bridgesunderlng-peiodicwaveactiosaresigniicantlyesstantoseinstraightbridges.Telteraldisplacementoftedoublecured floatingbridgealaatofleurdidgiletepeakvausoftealfrsocatsealialod theengineeringaplicationoffloatingbridges,itisiportanttoconsidertelocalwaveenvromentcoditionsandselectaoprate curvatureradiusaluesandmoingsstemstoeduetestructuralrespseMoreover,thstrengthceckanddetaileddsignforsuportsat ends should be considered with caution.
