Abstract:Aimingatthequirementsofthspacestationopticalclockforultra-staticeviroent,ultra-staticactievibatiosotio techologysuitableforteomplexdisturbancevioentoftespacestationissdied.Afaulttolerantow-frequcyactievibao isolationuitisiedasdoootactveolatosdwtfspropdctievbaiatio simultaneouslyeetrequirementsoftebroadbandvibrationisoatioandtefundamentalfrequencyinlauchstage.Tedetaileddsignof theelectroniccontrolsystemisgiven,andthehigh-bandwidthmicro-forcedriverandhig-precisionsignalconditioningcircuitis independentlydevelopedAnntisaurationcontrolalgorithisdsigedtadres teontrolaturationprobleinducedyfreuency disturbancesegrodsspesioerifcatioultsndspacesatioveifatioultsofteveloedatiosolatiote Theexperimentalresultsilustrate thatthedeveloped platformcanachieveamicro-vibrationsuppressionefectofbeter than 98.5% in three directions. The micro-vibration level of the upper platform is suppressed less than 10-5g under broadband disturbances of space station.
