Abstract:AnovelfractioaloderpowerspectraldensitymodelforstochasticarthquakegroundmotiosinengieringisproposedTis modeleplacesthKelv-VoigtflteofteKanijispectithafractioderfisymonsistigofolyoefractoaer viscoelasticeleentMoreor,yasadingaigassfitinss,hodelocts teexceivelo-freqecyeoeoe thencorportootioalrotolylostoeltoeprtteasticproptoftielbutoste problemofunboundedenergyinthe Kanai-Tajispectrum'sacelerationderivative(jerk)process.Theproposedfractionaloderpower spectralensityodelasacleaphysicalsignificanceandcanbecombinedwithcommendedsiteparameterfromdesigncodstoprovide suggestedmodelparametersforferentsiteategordsiquakegoupsCompaoshteoersptraofactalarthake ground motions further confirm the applicability and accuracy of the proposed model.
