Fractional order power spectral density model for stochastic ground motions in engineering

Abstract：AnovelfractioaloderpowerspectraldensitymodelforstochasticarthquakegroundmotiosinengieringisproposedTis modeleplacesthKelv-VoigtflteofteKanijispectithafractioderfisymonsistigofolyoefractoaer viscoelasticeleentMoreor，yasadingaigassfitinss，hodelocts teexceivelo-freqecyeoeoe thencorportootioalrotolylostoeltoeprtteasticproptoftielbutoste problemofunboundedenergyinthe Kanai-Tajispectrum'sacelerationderivative（jerk）process.Theproposedfractionaloderpower spectralensityodelasacleaphysicalsignificanceandcanbecombinedwithcommendedsiteparameterfromdesigncodstoprovide suggestedmodelparametersforferentsiteategordsiquakegoupsCompaoshteoersptraofactalarthake ground motions further confirm the applicability and accuracy of the proposed model.
