Abstract:Theotorthmoelasticouplingvbationuderon-unfotemperaturefeldwillcauseprobemssuchassuddenchangeofotor vibratioaracteristicsddaicibalaeespciallinteealtartingpressofrotatimacherysuchaseoegisndgs turbines.Consideringthifluenftesatialtmpeatuefelddstribtiateolasticoupledotordaisodelosidigte axialandadial-uotepeatrefesispropsdadtealfoatioofotorisalettoeingiatio forcebasedonteotortalachpenomenonadathoreticalaalysodelofthtrasintdyaicracteristisofotorih continuouschangesofaxialparametersundervariableworkingcondionsisestablished.Theresultssowthattheotorasalargevibration displacementduetoteitialtaldfoatiinospeditealoftapupproes.Withteseofteogte vibrationamplitudeoftemeasuigpotinotstartprocesofteotoricreasapidlywithteieaseoftsutdoadcolig time,andthendecreasesslowlyandgraduallapproachesO,whichisconsistentwiththerdialtemperaturediferencetrendoftherotor cooligprocs.ahsulspictetsietsposftdereteroeusmpatureeldisat enginerigsigificaefortevibatisuppresioofteteolasticouledotoradtemoitongadfaultdiagosisofththal bending vibration.
