供应链金融人才需求分析

——基于爬虫技术对前程无忧网采集的数据分析

摘  要：针对供应链金融人才的供需矛盾问题，文章采用爬虫技术抓取前程无忧网的数据，对数据进行整理，结合用Excel表中的数据透视图，从招聘需求、招聘企业和对应聘者要求三个方面进行分析，总结出供应链金融职位特征和企业对供应链金融人才需求的特点。并据此对高校、学生和企业三方给出了相关建议。

Abstract： In this paper， we use crawler technology to capture data from 51job. The data is organized and combined with a data perspective chart in an Excel table to analyze from three aspects： Recruitment needs， recruitment enterprises， and corresponding employer requirements. The characteristics of supply chain finance positions and the demand for supply chain finance talents by enterprises are summarized. Based on this， relevant suggestions are given to universities， students， and enterprises.

供应链金融是一种特定的微观金融范畴，它既不同于传统的银行借贷，也有别于风险投资等其他形态的金融活动，它是一种立足于产业供应链，根据供应链运营中商流、物流和信息流，针对供应链参与者而展开的综合性金融活动[1]。（剩余4640字）
