Research on the Training Model of Master's Degree Students in “Multilingual +” [nternational Communication under the Background of the Belt and Road Initiative

Abstract： The implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative urgently requires international communication talents who are proficient in local languagesand skilled in crosscultural negotiationand communication.This article，guidedbytheOBEtheory，adopts textanalysisofthe master’senrolmentcatalogsof61universitiesand conducts in-depth interviewswith18 studentsandteachers，andfindsthattherearestillproblems inthecurrent master'seducationof“multilingual +，，， international communication， such as a shortage of multilingual teachers， dificulties incros-departmental teacher management，high practical training costs，andan icompleteevaluation system.Accordingly，an OBE-based training model for master'stalents in“multilingual international communication is proposed.
