Improved IVY algorithm to solve two-echelon location routing problem of agricultural products transportation

Abstract：Toaddress thedemanduncertainty，cargolossrisk，andopentransportatioroutesinagriculturalproductlogistics， the studyconstructedamulti-bjectivetwo-echelonlocation-routing problem（2E-LRP）modelunderanopen-path framework thatincorporatedcargodamagecosts，uncertaindemand，andtimewindowconstraints.Then，basedonthecharacteristicsof the model，thestudydesignedan improvedIVYalgorithm（EIVY）tosolve the problem effciently.Thealgorithmadopteda hybridreal-codedencoding strategy，integratedfastnon-dominatedsortingandcrowdingdistancemechanisms，andcombined multipleadaptivestrategies withlocalsearchand hybrid mutationoperators.Finall，the studyconducted experiments onextended instancesderivedfromtheProdhonbenchmarkdataset，andcomparedtheEIVYalgorithmwithIVY，PKOandMSAalgorithms.Theresults showthatEIVYachieves superior performance in terms of solution quality，convergenceaccuracy，and multi-objectivebalance.Thesefindingsconfirmthepracticalityof theproposedmodelandtheefectivenessof theimprovedalgorithmin solving complex agricultural logistics optimization problems.
