Rapid quality inspection method for industrial control streaming data based on key data trend analysis

Abstract:Industrialcontrolstreamingdataisakeyinformationcarrierreflectingtheproductionprocess,anditsqualityinspectionisof great significanceforguidingproduction.Againstthebackdropof therapid developmentof Internetof Things technology,industrialcontrolstreamingdataexhibitsfastgrowthrateandlarge increment.However,existingqualityinspetion methods mostly focus onsingle-dimensionoptimizationand struggle tobalance accuracyand speed.Toaddress this issue, thisstudydrewonthe managementconceptof“costreduction and eficiencyimprovement”and proposedarapid qualityinspectionmethodthatonlyconducted trendanalysisonkeydata.Firstly,the method introducedatolerance mechanism.By quantifying theacceptablerangeofdata fluctuatios,themechanismscreenedoutnon-criticaldata,reducedtheamountof datatobe processed,andthus improvedtheprocessingeficiencyofthealgorithm.Then,themethoddynamicallymatchedtrend functionsaccording tothequantityofkeydata.Meanwhile,itconstructedaweightederormechanismbycombiningtimedecayandfluctuationsensitivitytoensuretheaccuracyofqualityinspection.Finall,toverifytheefectivenessofthemethod, thestudyconductedexperiments bysimulatingrealindustrialapplicationscenarios.Experimentalresultsshowthatthproposedmethodperforms wellinoperationspeed,accuracyandstability.Itcanefectivelyachievethecoordinatedoptimization of efficiency and precision in the quality inspection of industrial control streaming data.
