16种园林植物对水淹胁迫的生理响应比较

Abstract
To scientifically identify waterlogging-tolerant plant species for sponge city green infrastructure in Shanxi Province, a controlled waterlogging experiment was conducted on 16 common landscape plant species in Shanxi. The dynamic changes in key physiological indices-free proline (Pro) and malondialdehyde (MDA) content,along with relative electrical conductivity in leaves-were systematically monitored,and a comprehensive evaluation was performed using the membership function method. Based on the morphological performance of each plant during the experiment (such as leaf yellowing, wilting,shedding) and the results of the subordinate function evaluation, the waterlogging tolerance of the tested plants was classified into three categories. High tolerance: evergreen trees include Pinus bungeana,Juniperus chinensis,Pinus tabuliformisand Platycladusorientalis;deciduous treesinclude Styphnolobium japonicum,Populusalba var.pyramidalis,and Fraxinuschinensis.Moderate tolerance: deciduoustrees include Ginkgo biloba,Koelreuteria paniculata,Acer pictum subsp.mono, and Salix matsudana; deciduous shrubs include Cotoneaster multiflorusand Lonicera maackii. Low tolerance: deciduous trees include Prunus persica ‘Duplex’ ; deciduous shrubs include Syringa oblataand Forsythia suspensa.
