基于空间形态分析的历史街区活化策略研究

——以北京前门东区叙事场景构建为例

Abstract

With the rapid urbanizationofcontemporary cities，therevitalization of historical districts hasreceived increasingattention，with revitalization strategies increasingly tailored to younger demographic groups. Taking the East Qianmen Area in Beijing as a case study，this research employs a combined methodology of space syntax and POl （Point of Interest） analysis to identify high-potential alleyway spaces and guildhall buildings， thereby exploring revitalization strategies for historical districts.The findings reveal that the East Qianmen area features a dense network of pedestrian-friendly alleys and exhibits good overallaccessibility. Community service facilities are relatively scarce，and while commercialactivities arevibrant in the surrounding areas，they havenot penetrated deeply into the interiorof the district.Cultural resourcesare abundant and hold great potential for development. Based on these findings，high-potential zones are identified.The study further proposes the construction of story-driven experiential scenarios in the East Qianmen Area，integrating the narrative logic of classical Chinese gardens with pedestrian circulation paths. By extracting local cultural elements， key nodes with high potential and suitable locations are selected for acupuncture-style interventions. Utilizing virtual reality technologyand diversified activity space design，theresearch aims to create immersive experiential environments while simultaneously improving the quality of daily life within the block.
