Abstract: In order to solve the problem of high dependence of CAE software for offshore structural analysis,a general software for ofshore structural analysis that meets the development requirements of domestic ship and ofshore engineering industry named SAM is developed. Taking the SAM software preprocessing system as the object,the design ideas of the read-write interface,core data structure, meshing,model display,human-computer interaction and other modules in the pre-processng system are introduced,and the software implementation cases in the ship industry are given,indicating that the SAM software initially meets the functional requirements of the ship industry for CAE software.

海洋结构分析CAE软件作为海军装备研制过程中不可或缺的工具之一[1],已经融人到海军装备设计、制造、试验和服役等全生命周期中,有效应用于结构方案优化、响应分析、工艺仿真、强度评估和修理方案评估等多个场景,致力于解决装备研制过程中面临的结构完整性问题[2-3] O
目前,我国海军装备研制过程中所使用的CAE软件,绝大部分依赖进口,整体对外依存度较高[4];国内现有的CAE软件在功能覆盖性、分析规模与效率、架构开放性和应用可靠性等方面,与国外产品还存在一定的差距,无法完全替代国外软件,一旦遭到国外的全面封锁,我国的装备研制就会面临技术停滞的巨大风险[5-7] 。(剩余3553字)
