Check of structure strength and bolt connection strength of obstacle deflector

Abstract： In order to conduct a comprehensive safety evaluation on the structure static strength，fatigue strength and bolt connection strength of the obstacle deflector，a detailed simulation model of the obstacle deflector structure is established according to the structural characteristics，the static strength and fatigue strength of the obstacle deflector structure are analyzed by numerical calculation method. According to the installtion mode of the obstacle deflector and the vehicle body，a simulation method suitable for extracting the working load of the obstacle deflector bolt is proposed.The bolt strength is checked based on VDI 223O.The results show that the strength of obstacle deflector meet the design requirements.
