Improvement and lightweight design of power battery bracket based on random vibration fatigue analysis

Abstract:To improve the fatigue life of batery bracket of a pure electric light truck,the random vibration fatigue analysis method is used for the analysis and lightweight design of the power battery bracket.The random vibration fatigue analysis model for the power battery bracket is built using finite element analysis software,and the fatigue life and structural mass of the improved power batery bracket is compared with the original one.The result shows that,on the basis of ensuring the fatigue life of the power batery bracket,the improved structure of the power battery bracket can reduce the mass about 19.5% . The effectiveness of the improved proposal is verified by the proving ground fatigue road test.
