2D discrete element analysis dust diffusion law on moon surface under impact foot cushion

Abstract: To study the law lunar dust difusion,the process foot cushion touching the moon is analyzed from the energy perspectives.Taking TJ-1 simulated lunar soil as a reference,the lunar dust model is built using PFC2D stware,and the influence different parameters on the dust range is studied,such as,impact speed foot cushion,impact mass foot cushion,density lunar dust and friction coefficient.The results show that:the dust range increases with the impact speed foot cushion increasing;the transverse dust range increases with the increase impact mass foot cushion;the dust range decreases with the increase the relative density the moon dust; the dust range decreases with the increase the internal friction angle(positively correlated with the friction coefficient the moon dust) .
