AbstractTheToaddressthechalengesofexcesivetimeconsumptionanddificultprecisioncontrolassociatedwithtraditional methodsforinstalingringgears incoppersmeltingsteamdryers,arapid precisionalignmenttechnologybasedontheprincipleof symmetricpointadjustmentisproposed.Themethodologyinvolvesanalyzingthesourcesofinstalationerorandestablishinga concentricitycorrectionmodelforteringgearsadialrunout.roughasinglecompletecicumferentialmeasurement,theextre pointsofradialrunoutandeirsmmetricpintsarelocated,lowingforthecalculationofteoeticaladjustmentvalus.aly specializedtoolingisemployedfortargetedadjustments,concurrentlyoptimizingthepinionpositioningstrategyEnginering applicationdemonstrates thatthismethodreducesthefinealignmentimefortheringgearfromover4Ohourswithtraditionalmethod to less than 12 hours. Post-installation measurements show a radial run ⋅- outof ⩽±1.45 mm and an end face run ⋅- out of≤ ±1.52 mm, bothsuperiortothedesignrequirementof≤±2.Omm.Theproposedmethod featuresaclearprincipleandeficientoperation, significantlyreducginstalltiocostsandie,terebyprovidingathncaleferencefortheprecisionistalltionofsilage scale rotary equipment.
