AbstractTheToaddressthechalengesofexcesivetimeconsumptionanddificultprecisioncontrolassociatedwithtraditional methodsforinstalingringgears incoppersmeltingsteamdryers，arapid precisionalignmenttechnologybasedontheprincipleof symmetricpointadjustmentisproposed.Themethodologyinvolvesanalyzingthesourcesofinstalationerorandestablishinga concentricitycorrectionmodelforteringgearsadialrunout.roughasinglecompletecicumferentialmeasurement，theextre pointsofradialrunoutandeirsmmetricpintsarelocated，lowingforthecalculationofteoeticaladjustmentvalus.aly specializedtoolingisemployedfortargetedadjustments，concurrentlyoptimizingthepinionpositioningstrategyEnginering applicationdemonstrates thatthismethodreducesthefinealignmentimefortheringgearfromover4Ohourswithtraditionalmethod to less than 12 hours. Post-installation measurements show a radial run ⋅- outof ⩽±1.45 mm and an end face run ⋅- out of≤ ±1.52 mm， bothsuperiortothedesignrequirementof≤±2.Omm.Theproposedmethod featuresaclearprincipleandeficientoperation， significantlyreducginstalltiocostsandie，terebyprovidingathncaleferencefortheprecisionistalltionofsilage scale rotary equipment.
