AbstractTodefinethedevelopment directionof thealuminumaloyweldingconsumables industry,acomparativeanalysis was conductedonthemarketlandscape,import/exportdynamics,andproductionprocesesofaluminumalloyweldingwiresgloballyand withinChina.Theresearchindicatesthattheglobal marketforaluminumaloywelding wireisgrowingsteadily,exhibitinga pyramidshaped,tieredompetitivestructure.Entepissintetoprfocusonoingmaterialseachddevelopmentandacheving optimizedprocessontrol,hiletescondtiermphasizesprocessoptizationandcostperforanceeacementtotlage scale industrial demands.As a major global producer and consumer, China accounts for over 10% of global output,with high- (204号 performance varieties growing at an annual rate exceeding 12% .However,a dependence on imports for high Π-Π end products persists. Curently,aluminumaloywelding wiresproducedcover thefullsriesfrom1XXXto7XXX,withthe4XXXand5XXXseriesbeing the most widely applied. The primary production processes include vertical semi-continuous casting extrusion, continuous casting and rolingandoontalontiuousastingndaingachoingisticttradeoffmong"qalityencydost."e analysissugeststatthefuturedevelopmentoftheindustrywilltrendtowardsteresearchanddevelopmentofnewalls(e.g.igh strength,lioudl) product structure (high-end, customized products),and a transition towards greener and smarter manufacturing.
