铜阳极板浇铸工艺的含氧量控制研究

AbstractAddressng the issueof excessvely high oxygencontent inanode plates during thecopper pyro-refining proces,,a systematicanalysisofthkeyfactorsifluencingoxygencontentwasconductedExperimentalresearchaimedatreducingtheoxgen contentinanodeplateswascarriedoutthrough processoptimizationandequipmentimprovements.Theresultsindicatethatby adoptingashalowoxidationprocesscombinedwithsulfur-containingreduction,theoxygenmass fractionattheoxidationendpoint was reduced from 0.40% to a range of 0.33% to 0.38% . Following the introduction of the Leward intelligent judgment system for the oxidation-reductionendpoint,theoxygen mass fractionatthereductionendpointwasconsistentlystabilized below 0.15% : Furthermore,modfcationstosealthelaunderefectivelyminimizedscondaryoxidationduringthecastingprocess.Throughthese comprehensivemeasures,theaverageoxygen massfraction inanode plates producedbytheNo.1anode furnacedecreased from 0.159 0% to 0.0950%,andfortheNo.2anode furnace,itdecreasedfrom 0.1835% toO.O96O%.This studysignificantlyreduces the dissolutionrateofcopperanodesduringelectrolysis,rovidingatheoreticalbasisandpracticalguidanceforimprovingthequalityof electrolytic copper.
