AbstractToadresschallenges inthecoppersmeltingprocessusingflashsmeltingandPSconverters-includingseverefugitive of-gasemissons,malaceinteanoffgassem,isuiintcapacitoftefugiiecolltionstm,ndigiicant fluctuationsinthedesulfurizationsystem-JinlongCopperCo.,Ltd.implementedaseriesofcomprehensiveoptimizationand improvementmeasures.These measuresinvolvedflowdistributionandmatchinginthemain exhaussystem,retrofiting thefugitivegas fansandpipelinenetwork,enhancingtheairtightnessof thesmelterbuilding,andadoptingaprocesscombinationof"magnesiumbased + sodium alkali"cascadedesulfurization coupledwith wet electrostatic precipitators.This significantly enhanced theoff-gas colectionandandingcapalitieslowingteenovationfugitivemissonsinteselterdingwereectivelyoled. The mass concentration of SO 2 in the fugitive tail gas was consistently stabilized below 50mg/m3 , and particulate matter concentration remained below 5mg/m3 . These emission indicators continuously outperformed the national special emission limits,leading toa marked improvement in ambient air quality at the plant boundary.
