Technical Barriers and Training Improvement in Speed Skating Teaching for College Students

Abstract: Speed skating is a typical technical speed competition sport, which is widely carried out in schools at all levels and types in China. However, speed skating teaching for college students is different from the training of professional speed skaters, with distinct characteristics of “laying a foundation and emphasizing promotion”. By analyzing the technical composition and barriers of speed skating for college students, it is found that there are obvious shortcomings in the technical dimension, including the coordination of straight-arm swing and ice push, and curve skating techniques; in the physical fitness dimension, college students are insufficient in maximum strength, speed strength and endurance indicators. This paper puts forward the approaches to improving college students’ speed skating ability: in the initial acquisition stage, attention should be paid to standardizing skating posture and enhancing balance ability; in the efficiency improvement stage, attention should be paid to the coordinated adaptation of “stride frequency-stride length”, as well as the precise regulation of center of gravity movement and straight turve transition. 1 引言
2019年,教育部等四部门发布《关于加快推进全国青少年冰雪运动进校园的指导意见》[1],提出加快推进全国青少年冰雪运动进校园,逐步夯实青少年冰雪运动人才根基;原则上以兴趣为引导,不断丰富教学内容,改革教学方式,着力培养学生冰雪运动习惯,提升冰雪运动技能。(剩余7405字)
