Research on the Development Track and Reserve Talent Training of Ice Hockey in Heilongjiang Province

Abstract： Ice hockey is a traditional dominant sport in Heilongjiang Province， undertaking the important mission of carrying regional ice and snow glory and promoting the sports spirit. By analyzing the historical evolution of ice hockey in Heilongjiang Province， it is found that since the 1950s， it has successively experienced the basic development stage， the nationwide popularization stage， the gradual decline stage， and the recovery and revitalization stage. Its development track is closely related to the training of ice hockey reserve talents. At present， the training of ice hockey reserve talents in Heilongjiang Province is confronted with multiple dilemmas： prominent contradiction between study and training hindering the continuity of training; weak talent reserve and shortcomings in the selection system; insufficient social structural supply and limited publicity and guidance; high family input cost， long training cycle and limited cultivating willingness. In response， this paper proposes cultivation paths including strengthening the inheritance and publicity of ice hockey culture， constructing a diversified training system for ice hockey reserve talents， and improving the localized multi-level ice hockey competition system. Through deepening event reform， innovating training modes and optimizing resource

allocation， a new path to ensure the sustainable progress of ice hockey reserve talents will be explored， so as to promote the high-quality development of ice hockey in Heilongjiang Province and contribute to the construction of a modern powerful country in sports.
