Abstract：During theall-out WarofResistance against JapaneseAggression，Inlightoftheevolving situationof the New Democratic Revolution，the Communist Party of China established a revolutionary discourse system necesary for the shift from the LandRevolutionary War to theall-out WarofResistance against Japanese Aggresion.The construction of this revolutionary discourse system follwed the general laws of the developmentof theNew Demo一 cratic Revolution，the generation of discourse and thecognition of the workingand peasant masses;It promoted the integrationofMarxist discoursewiththediscourseofChina'sresistanceagainst Japanese Aggesion inaspects suchas revolutionarygoals，revolutionarypaths，andrevolutionaryfronts;Throughcommemorativedayactivities，thedebate onthe Three Principles ofthe People andother means，thecombinationof thecontemporary discourse and therevolutionarydiscoursewaspromoted.Moreover，thecombinationoftheoreticaldiscourse，politicaldiscourse，academic discourse and massdiscourse was achieved in aspects such as meaning construction，path selection and discourse audience.
