Effects of vitamin C fermentation by-products on total soil nutrients in western Liaoning Province

Abstract: In order to explore the effects of mixed application of vitamin C by-product RAE and CBS on soil nutrient content and stoichiometric ratio in semi-arid area of westerm Liaoning Province,the mixed solution of RAE and CBS was used as liquid fertilizer to carry out five groups of field experiments: control group(CK group),low-dose single application (LR group),high-dose single application (HR group),low-dose mixed application (LRB group) and high-dose mixed application (HRB group).The results show that the soil organic carbon (SOC) mass ratio ofallsingle application groups is significantly higher than that of CK group.The mixed application group significantly increases the nitrogen content in the soil.With the adition of RAE and CBS,the nitrogen availability in soil decreases.Compared with the CK group,the single application group and the mixed application group increase the soil carbon-phosphorus ratio,and the average nitrogen-phosphorus ratio of the mixed application group decrease.In the mixed application group,the soil C/Nratio and C/Pratio increased,and the N/P ratio decreases,which is characterized by double limitation of nitrogen and phosphorus.The rhizosphere soil is more susceptible to nitrogen limitation,and the rhizosphere soil is more susceptible to phosphorus limitation.Itis recommended that nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizers should be appropriately added when applying RAE and CBS to remove nitrogen and phosphorus restrictions.
