Abstract: Aiming at the enginering safety problems such as ro fallcolapse caused by the rock mass in the overlying goaf the tunnel, taking the overlying goaf Changliangzi Tunnel Benhuan Expressway as the engineering background,the influence diferent grouting reinforcement scope thickness on the surrounding rock the tunnel is analyzed by using numerical simulation method.The results show that the overlying gob changes the stress distribution tunnel surrounding rock. Compared with no goaf area,arch bottom uplift displacement increases by 12.6% arch toe convergence displacement increases by 14.3% . Although the arch settement displacement is reduced by 13.4% ,thepossibility penetration in plastic zone is increased. Grouting reinforcement can efectively reduce the deformation surrounding rock.By comparison,when the grouting range is 150∘ the grouting thickness is 2m ,thereinforcement effect is the best.After reinforcement,arch botom uplift,arch foot convergence arch top settlement displacement decrease by 33.2% , 35.7% 36.1% respectively.The principal stress at the arch top decreases by 44.9% , the range plastic zone decreases significantly.The research results can provide a basis for the design construction overlying gob tunnel.
