Overburden water seepage law of deep buried thin bedrock

Abstract: Inorder to make rational useofoverburden water resources in deep buried,the law ofoverburden water movement during the mining of thick aluvium with deep buried thin bedrock was studied by means of similar simulation and numerical simulation.Theresultsshow that the change of overburdenrock integrity and conectivity leads to the change of overburden water seepage channel; in the processofcoal seam excavation,the plastic zoneofthinbedrock is trapezoidaldistribution,and the vertical fracture distribution is more and dispersed, which is the main channel for the rapid infiltration of the firstaquifer water.The aluvial layer forms an arched separation fracture zone with good connectivityand wide,which is the main path of the second aquifer water infiltration.With the increase of mining distance,the developmentand expansionof plastic zone and bed separation fracture zone jointlyafect the movement of overburden water,resulting in a rapid decrease of overburden water presure andan increase offlow velocityand flowrate.After the formation of the fracture channelnear the side of the working face,the seepage velocity is fast,and volume is large, which was prone to water inrush.The research conclutions provide a reference for studying the propagation law of overburden water in complex rock.
