浅谈我国农产品农药残留现状

摘 要：随着我国农业的发展，部分农户在生产农产品时，可能过分追求产量，容易忽略农产品的安全，在种植中存在违规使用禁用、限用农药，或者过量使用农药等问题，导致农产品的药物残留过多，直接影响农产品的安全。本文对我国农产品农药残留的危害、管控现状、残留原因以及应对措施进行分析，以供参考。

The Present Situation of Pesticide Residues in Agricultural Products in China

Abstract： With the development of agriculture in China， some farmers may excessively pursue yield when producing agricultural products， which can easily overlook the safety of agricultural products. There are problems such as illegal use of prohibited or restricted pesticides， or excessive use of pesticides in planting， resulting in excessive drug residues in agricultural products， directly affecting the safety of agricultural products. This article analyzes the hazards， control status， residual causes， and response measures of pesticide residues in agricultural products in China for reference.

農药残留超标是当前较为常见的食品安全问题，会直接危害人体的健康，还会对生态环境造成破坏，因此相关部门应当重视农产品的农药残留检测工作，切实做好农产品的质量安全控制。（剩余4125字）
