摘要 本硕统筹培养是山西农业大学卓越农林人才培养的重要方式之一，它是依据时代、农林高等教育以及学校学科发展需要而进行的改革。探索了山西农业大学在新农科背景下的本硕统筹培养模式，探讨在这种培养模式下培养卓越农林拔尖创新型人才的素质架构。

Research on Quality Modeling of Top-notch Innovative Talents in Local Agriculture and Forestry Universities—Taking Undergraduate and Postgraduate Integrated Class in Shanxi Agricultural University as an Example

Abstract The overall cultivation of undergraduate and master is one of the important ways of cultivating excellent agricultural and forestry ta-lents in Shanxi Agricultural University. It is a reform carried out according to the needs of the times， higher education of agriculture and forestry and the development of disciplines in the university. To explore the overall training mode of undergraduate and master degree in Shanxi Agricultural University under the background of new agricultural science， and to explore the quality structure of cultivating excellent agricultural and forestry top-notch innovative talents under this training mode.
