教师团队化教学模式在动物生产类实践课程中的研究与实践

摘要 教师团队化指导模式对动物生产类实践课程的教学起着积极的促进作用。梳理和总结了教师团队化教学模式的形成原因及特点,从理论与实践、课内与课外、通识训练与专业技能、学校与企业的角度进行研究和分析,组建形式多样的教师团队;进一步深化动物生产类专业人才培养体系的调整,构建实践教学的可持续发展生态。

Research and Practice of Teacher Team Teaching Mode in Animal Production Practical Courses

Abstract The team-based guidance model of teachers plays a positive role in promoting the teaching of practical courses of animal production. This article sorts out and summarizes the reasons and characteristics of the formation of teachers’ team-based teaching mode, conducts research and analysis from the perspectives of theory and practice, in-class and out-of-class, general training and professional skills, schools and enterprises, and forms various forms of teacher teams;further deepens the adjustment of the training system for animal production professionals, and builds a sustainable development ecology for practical teaching.
