Abstract:Aiming at the problems of single state detection method of Hallposition sensor and rotor surface magnetic induction intensity of permanent magnet synchronous motor,low response speed and imperfect enterprise evaluation standard. Therefore,a set of magnetic field performance test equipment based on LabVIEW platform is developed. Based on the concept of functional modular design,three modules of highprecision servo motor control, data acquisition and data processng are introduced.The wavelet packet transform and equal angle order analysis method are used as the core algorithm to analyze the magnetic field signal.The experimental results show that the fluctuation of the magnetic induction intensity of the outer ring of the sensor is mainly in the 16th order,the fluctuation of the magnetic induction intensity of the rotor is mainlyin the 4th order,and the fluctuation of other orders is not obvious,and the performance indicators meet the standards. The measurement system analysis is introduced. The results show that the % GRR values of all indicators are less than 30% ,which proves that the system has good reliability and repeatability.
