Abstract：[Purpose/Significance]Basedonthe mediating efectof algorithm failure anxiety，revealing themechanismofalgorithmperceptiononusers’privacydisclosure intentionisofgreat significanceforstandardizing thealgorithm management of online health communitiesand improving users’algorithm literacyand privacy literacy.[Method/Process] The studytook online health communities as the research situation，used the mixed methodof Structural Equation Model andNecessaryConditionAnalysis，andcombinedwiththetheoreticalframeworkof“Cognition-Afect-Conation”，to fully explore the influence mechanismof algorithm perceptiononusers’privacydisclosure intention in online health communities.[Result/Conclusion]The mixedresearch shows thatalgorithm perception negativelyafects algorithm failureanxiety， andalgorithmfailureanxietynegativelyafects users’privacydisclosureintention.Algorithmperceptionisanecessaryconditionforalgorithmfailureanxiety，andcomparedwiththefunctionaldimensionofalgorithmperception，theethicaldimensionof algorithm perception is more likelytocause algorithmfailure anxiety.Our study notonly enriches theresearch statusof online healthcommunity，butalso responds to the management phenomenonof missing management ofonline health community algorithm，and provides targeted practical enlightenment.
