Abstract:[Purpose/Significance]Healthcare isrelated topeople’slife,healthandsafety,andishighlydependent onexperenceand knowledge,requiring inteligent,preciseand personalized knowledge services.Therapiddevelopment of generativeAI technologyand theemergence oflarge parameter scalelanguage models have brought disruptivechanges andopportunities for healthcare knowledgeservices,anditisurgenttobuildanAIGC-driven knowledgeservice mode to providethe public with smarter,more accurate,and personalized healthcare knowledge services,soas to improve he people'shealth leveland enhance the health literacyof the whole population.[Method/Process]Basedon theconstruction of domainLarge Language Model,thearticlebuiltadomainknowledge service model includingfivelayers around he key aspectsofdatacoection,knowledgeorganization,modelconstruction,nformationscurityandknowledgeservice,integratingtheknowledge servicephases,applicationscenariosand targetpopulations,andconducted experimentalvalidation onhealthcare Q&Aand image captioning tasks.[Result/Conclusion]Theresearch advances the theoretical depth of the knowledgeservice modein the fieldof healthcare,whichcan provide support for effectivelysequencing,organizingand miningtherich medical knowledgecontained inthedata,constructing eficientknowledgereasoning modelsandmechanisms,and promoting thedevelopmentofintellgence,precisionand personalizationofhealthcare knowledge services.
