Abstract：This article uses the interdisciplinary research method of historyand sports to systematicallsort out the generating logicofQi Jiguang's martialarts thought： the demand for military reform arising fromthe Anti-Japanese Warconstitutes the historical driving force，the critical absorptionof military practiceand traditional martial arts forms the experiential foundation，and the deep integration of military theory and Song Ming Neo Confucianism establishes the philosophical foundation.Thecore essence is reflected by four dimensions： constructing a systematic training model of "layered training and scientific group training"，establishing practical technical standardsof "eliminating falsehoodand retaining truth and testing skilsthrough batle"，creating acollaborative toolconceptof "long and short dependence and tool for human use"，and forming a body and mind paradigm of "from technique to heartandusing virtueto governmartialarts".Specifically，its hierarchical thinking of systemcansolve thedilemma oftheinheritanceofmartialarts，theobjectiveprincipleofseeking truthcanreconcilethefunctionalpositioningof "flower techniques" and "martial arts"，the concept of collaborative development can break through the barrierof martial arts and equipment diffrentiation，and the concept of combining physical and practical skilscan provide historical reference for the construction of modern martial arts ethics.It is hoped that through the dual perspective of historical analysis and practical observation fromQi Jiguang's marital arts，provides theoretic basisand practical paths for creative transformation of traditional martial arts though.
